Upon arrival to Istanbul Airport, finalise your custom procedures and pick up your luggage please proceed to Gate 14 to go out of the Airport building. On your right you will see M55 sign. Please indicate your name and voucher code to our colleagues who will then assist you until your vehicle. Due to airport operational reasons, your vehicle will have picked you up in a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes.

When you arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, complete your customs clearance and collect your luggage, please proceed to the Gate to exit the Airport building. You will see the M55 sign in the area where the welcome boards are located in front of Column No. 13. Please inform our colleagues who will assist you with your name and reservation code to your vehicle. Due to airport operational reasons, your vehicle will have picked you up in a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes.
